Jelly-coffee
Ingredient : 10g Jelly Powder, 180g of fine sugar, 5g of instant coffee powder, 3 pack of black tea bags, 750ml of water and 150ml of low fat evaporated Milk
Step 1: Mix well with the konnyaku jelly powder, fine sugar and instant coffee powder then set aside.
Step 2: Put the tea bag into the boiled water then steep till you get a rich colour.
Step 3: Add in the konnyaku jelly powder mixture. Lower the heat and continue to stir for 5 minutes then turn off the heat
Step 4: Add low fat evaporated milk into it and stir well.
Last Step: Pour the mixture into jelly moulds and to set.
